ZOMBIES! [oh and I apologize if what I’m writing is re-re talk; I never re-read it and Sauce pointed out that yesterday’s post was completely mental—oops].
Christmas cakes.
By the way this clock moves, it’ll be Christmas very soon.
Time. Is. Flying.
Just yesterday I was learning how to ride my bike and today, I’m wearing hooker clothes; crazy.
Anyways, I won this happy hour at Mad46 because I’m radical and I’m pretty excited about it.
I apparently [duh] have excellent taste in music.
Har har har.
I bet I’d make a really good A&R person—signing people to record labels ha.
Okay enough lala land talk.
Last night I went to Sauce’s softball game and they lost [call the sad department].
We got home and I made a quick pork tenderloin, THAT WASN’T DRIED OUT!, and he had some corn on the cob.
I had peach cobbler for dinner.
I put Penzey’s Turkish seasoning on the pork [flake salt, cumin, garlic, half-sharp paprika, black pepper, Turkish oregano, sumac, cilantro] and popped in the oven for about 45 minutes of 350f.
I lined the roaster with foil and I also covered it with foil, so the meats cooked cooker.
I’m learning that letting meats rest is crucial—because after you cook the meats, you let the meats take a nap for a few minutes.
Letting the meats nap allows all the meats juices to fall back into the meat, thus making it moister and tastier and not cardboardier.
MEATS MEATS MEATS MEATS ON THE STREETS.
I’ve been gaining weight like a mofo ever since I’ve been doing real human things and not bad zombie things.
I’m a bit of a yo-yo dieter, which is really fucked up for the heart, so I’m trying to be regular but it’s hard.
I seriously go on fucking binges and will eat anything that looks edible—then another day, I’ll just eat bird food and water, so it makes my weight go up about 5-7lbs and then drops back down 5-7lbs; over and over and over again.
Whatever—why does eating have to be so DIFFICULT!?
I’m trying not to stress out about it but it’s hard to ignore.
Crazy.
So anyway, back to the foods, I didn’t eat any of that pork biznass last night [except for a few bitey slices from Wordy].
I brought peach cobbler in today. I brought that cobbler in and hopefully someone else will eat it because it’s a monster in my fridge calling out “YO GIRL, COME EAT ME NOW!”.
I will not sir.
Okay…maybe a little bit.
